So far, I have tried everything I know to fix the problem, including trying to install in Safe Mode. ![]() When I click on Check for Updates in Topaz DeNoise AI, it won’t install the update from inside the app. The software I’m currently trying to install is Topaz Studio 2. Their only suggestions is to wipe the drive and reinstall everything from scratch, which I’m not willing to do right now, since my machine is working fine otherwise. They’re blaming the installer software they use, called Install Builder. They think it may be a conflict with another installed app, but they say they have never seen this problem before. They are suggesting that something happened after I successfully installed three of their apps in late June and early July. Topaz support tried to help, but the problem is more than they can handle. When I click the OPEN button, which is supposed to start the install, nothing happens. dmg file, it opens the window to continue the install.
